Unless you are a complete and highly dysfunctional genius, you need to work within a team to let the best of you shine through. It took me 10 years to be able to even think that " I would not have done it like this, but I think it can still work". So I apologise to my first teams who had to suffer my dictatorial experiments....and I give them this trailer as a gift In any case, giving honest feedback seems to work.
